Our story

Custom products that look like your brand — not like everyone else

Inni started with a frustration: most product customizers treat your brand as an afterthought. We think it should be the starting point.

Our mission

Help every brand sell custom products — with minimal effort

Custom merch works when it's effortless to design, unmistakably on-brand, and a joy to order. But building a 3D customizer, a product catalogue, and a shop — and keeping them all in sync — takes more engineering and time than most brands can afford.

Inni exists to change that equation. By giving every brand a ready-made 3D studio and shop they can embed anywhere, we want to make selling custom wearables achievable for teams of any size.

We're not building another generic mockup tool. We're building the studio and storefront we'd want to hand our own customers.

Brand integrity above all

Every feature is designed to preserve and reinforce your brand, not dilute it.

A studio that empowers, not overwhelms

We believe customization is most powerful when it feels effortless — giving customers creative freedom without a steep learning curve.

Speed without shortcuts

We make the fast path the right path — not by removing quality, but by automating the friction around launching a shop.

What you see is what gets made

The live 3D preview reflects the real, print-ready output — so there are no surprises between design and delivery.

How we got here

The problem that built Inni

We'd seen it too many times: a brand with a clear identity, a loyal audience, and great taste — but the moment they tried to sell custom merch, it fell apart. Clunky customizers. Flat 2D mockups. Products that could have belonged to anyone.

The culprit wasn't laziness. It was friction. Selling custom products meant stitching together a design tool, a product catalogue, a storefront, and a fulfilment pipeline — each from a different vendor, none of them on-brand, all of them needing engineering to connect. The overhead was so high that most brands gave up, or settled for generic.

The early wave of customizer plugins helped with the blank-canvas problem but introduced a new one: the experience looked like the plugin, not like the brand. Without real brand context — colours, fonts, artwork — a generic editor produces generic results, just faster.

Inni was built to close that gap. The core insight is simple: if you give a brand a true 3D studio and a shop that already knows its identity, customers can design products that look unmistakably theirs. Not a generic mockup tool, but a customization experience that belongs to the brand.

We started by building the 3D studio: a real-time model customers can paint, place artwork on, and rotate in the browser. Then we built the embeddable iframe so any brand could drop it into their own site. Then the product and variant catalogue. Then collections and a branded storefront. Then order tracking from design to delivery.

The result is the tool we always wanted to use ourselves: one that starts from your brand, not from a blank grey t-shirt.

Our values

What guides every decision

Brand integrity above all

We don't compete with your brand — we serve it. Every studio default, every UI decision is designed to reinforce the identity you've worked to build.

Useful, not impressive

We don't add features to look sophisticated. We add them when they measurably reduce friction or unlock something brands couldn't do before.

Customization that delights

A great studio makes designing feel like play. We obsess over the small interactions so your customers enjoy creating — and come back to order again.

Transparency

The live preview reflects the real output. Pricing is honest and upfront. We'd rather set accurate expectations and earn long-term trust than oversell.

Customers shape the product

The roadmap is driven by real friction from real brands. If something doesn't work in practice, we fix it. If a workflow is counterintuitive, we change it — not the user.

Privacy by default

Your brand assets and customer designs are yours. We don't sell data to third parties or use your artwork for any purpose beyond making Inni work better for you.
